We woke up to a broken water pipe under the kitchen sink. Must have been pouring for a while. Flooded our kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and the carpet in our living room. Our insurance company recommended Action. When I Googled them, some of the reviews just weren’t positive. Called them, they sent someone out to start the drying process right away. They then sent Dale, our project manager out to help us with the flooring. He was awesome! He took my call every time. Even on a Sunday. He showed up through every step. He even fixed my creaking hallway. I am so pleased that we went with them.
