Dealing with HVAC

Our process of HVAC cleaning consists of hooking up a large Vacuum/Negative air machine to your supply line. We then proceed by covering up each vent line throughout your home. We start at the vent furthest away from your unit and use an air whip system to dislodge dust and debris from each vent line and force it to the vacuum unit. We proceed through the system until we have cleaned all of the vent lines and the supply line. We then hook the system up to each return line and follow the same process. At the end, we clean the coils and blower motor of the unit. The process takes several hours depending on the size of the system.

HVAC Cleanup FAQs

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of HVAC units, returns, and registers in your home. We can give you a price over the phone if you have that information.

When is the best time to clean my system?

Any time throughout the year. Residential systems should be cleaned every 5 years.

Why is your method better?

We believe that our cleaning method provides a more thorough cleaning than using a cleaning system with a stronger shop vac that some competitors use.
